With increasing regulatory expectations, an ever expanding role, and a societal downturn in mental wellbeing as a backdrop, it is more important than ever for the compliance professional to take action to ensure they can prosper in the workplace. Sally Rochester, Director of Mourant Consulting in Guernsey, and Lisa Ingrouille, Training Lead at Guernsey Mind, will walk through key considerations for risk and compliance professionals throughout their career. From effective due diligence before taking on a role to ensuring effective personal and professional boundaries are put in place in the workplace Sally and Lisa will offer suggestions and guidance on how to NOT test your personal and professional resilience to the limit in your current or next role.
