Enforcement: A discussion of the Judgment of the Royal Court of Guernsey in Y v Chairman of the GFSC (November 2018).

Compliance: A summary of the key changes introduced by the new Handbook.

Data Protection: The transitional provisions relating to the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017 and the steps that may need to be taken by 25 May 2019 to ensure compliance.

Statutory Offence of Market Abuse: The Code of Market Conduct adopted by the GFSC in November 2018.

Proceeds of Crime: A discussion of the Judgment of the Royal court of Guernsey in Liang v RBC Trust Company (May 2018).

Martin Jones is a founding partner of Ferbrache & Farrell LLP and is the head of the firm’s dispute resolution practice. He has significant local and international experience, having practised for almost 20 years. Prior to setting up Ferbrache & Farrell LLP, he practised commercial litigation in Guernsey at two leading international offshore law firms for almost 10 years.
